What we're looking for: People who get excited about turning creative ideas into funded realities. Whether you're coming from traditional finance, startup experience, or even a completely different field – what matters is your drive to learn and contribute.
The application typically takes 15-20 minutes to complete. We ask about your experience, but more importantly, we want to hear about projects you're proud of and challenges you've overcome. Think of it as telling us your story rather than just listing qualifications.

Interview Process
Our interview process is conversational rather than interrogational. We want to get to know you as a person and understand how you think through problems. You'll have multiple touchpoints with different team members.
First interview is usually a 45-minute video call with our HR team. This is your chance to ask questions about the role and company culture. We'll discuss your background and walk through what drew you to Smartnova.
Technical interview comes next – but don't worry, we're not trying to stump you. We'll present real scenarios we've faced and discuss how you might approach them. It's more about problem-solving methodology than having perfect answers.
Final interview includes meeting potential teammates and leadership. This is where cultural fit becomes important. We want to make sure you'll thrive in our collaborative environment.

Decision & Onboarding
Once we've completed the interview process, we move quickly on decisions. We know you might be considering other opportunities, so we aim to get back to you within a week with either an offer or constructive feedback.
If we extend an offer, you'll receive a comprehensive package including salary, benefits, equity options, and professional development budget. We believe in investing in our people's growth from day one.
Onboarding is structured but flexible. Your first two weeks include system training, meeting key stakeholders, and working on a small project that helps you understand our processes. We pair you with a mentor who's been in a similar role.
By the end of your first month, you'll have contributed to actual client projects and have a clear development plan for your first year. We measure success not just by what you accomplish, but by how much you've grown.
